Ruby level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of closed transactions within a calendar year. A gold-plated lapel pin with ruby accent is awarded to the agent during the Awards Ceremony, in addition to a trophy and a personal invitation to a CENTURY 21 Top Agent Retreat.
