Faun MacDonald Earns Masters Award for 2009 Sales Production

We are pleased to announce that Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized Faun MacDonald, as one of the System’s top-producers nationwide when it honored her with the coveted ruby level CENTURY 21 Masters Award. 
 
Ruby level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of closed transactions within a calendar year.  A gold-plated lapel pin with ruby accent is awarded to the agent during the Awards Ceremony, in addition to a trophy and a personal invitation to a CENTURY 21 Top Agent Retreat.

“Faun places her real estate wisdom and passion for life into her everyday business, helping to make clients more comfortable with the real estate transaction as they make what may be the most significant purchase of their lives,” said Elisabeth Holwech, broker/owner.

Faun MacDonald Awarded CRS Designation

Faun has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Continuing Education

On Thursday Feb 17th, a few of us from the Pepperell office are heading to Chelmsford, MA to attend a continuing education session taught by Andy Consoli.  Andy is certified as an educator in both NH and MA, which is helpful for those of us that need continuing education credits in both states. It is amazing how much we list and sell in New Hampshire even though our office is in Massachusetts.

Being licensed in both states has worked out well for CENTURY 21 Nashoba Associates and our clients.  And Andy’s talk topic, architecture, should be extremely interesting and fun, and will help all of our team members get a better understanding of the subject.

Brendan Carroll Completes Realtor Training

Our newest Realtor, Brendan Carroll, just finished his Realtor board training and already has two properties under contract.  Keeping up this pace will make him an award winner by next year’s ceremony.  Congratulations Brendan!
